Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you request a quote.
How do you calculate the quote?
It depends on the number and size of panes, interior and exterior access, height, level of dirt and whether the work is one-off or recurring. Photos help us assess the job much more accurately.
Do you work with homes and businesses?
Yes. We serve private customers, residential communities, shops, offices and other professional spaces.
Can I book recurring maintenance?
Yes. We can organise recurring visits according to the area, property type and required frequency.
Do you clean difficult-to-access glass?
We assess it first. If the access requires specific equipment or a particular technique, we will state this in the quote and confirm whether it can be done safely.
Which areas do you cover?
We work mainly from Azuqueca toward Guadalajara, Alcalá, Meco, Torrejón and other towns along the Henares corridor. In Madrid we work selectively in the eastern area.
